About the property
The holiday house is about 5 km from the sea, suitable for up to 10 people (ideally for 6 adults and 4 children). The beautifully decorated house is divided on three floors, the ground floor, the first floor and attic.
Outside:
The area around the house is quiet and surrounded by nature.
The outdoor area consists of a wonderful , covered balcony with sea view , a terrace with direct access to the whirlpool and a comfortable swimming pool of 10m x 5m, equipped with sunbeds and two canopies, a trampoline and a small playground with swings and a badminton court.
The large swimming pool is approx. 10 meters from the house. It is ideal for families with small children who must be supervised by their parents. The host lives nearby and is always at your service, he is happy to share his products from the organic garden and eggs from his own breeding with guests.
There are 4 private parking spaces available.

About unit
The ground floor consists of the "master bedroom" which has its own living area, its own bathroom, its own entrance and its own terrace. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a TV( Netflix).
Right next to it is a wellness area which is equipped with a whirlpool for five people, TV (Netflix and SAT TV), an air-conditioned summer kitchen with table and chairs for everyone and a separate toilet. The summer kitchen can also be used very well as a common room. There is also a satellite TV here.
A washing machine and dryer are free to use. The terrace on the ground floor is equipped with seating and a grill and darts.
1st floor:
On the 1st floor there is a large living room with dining room and kitchen in the same room. This large room is also air-conditioned and has a TV (Netflix). The kitchen is very well equipped. On this floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The bedrooms have ceiling fans
From the living/dining area you can access a wonderful 25 m² balcony with a very nice sea view. This balcony is furnished with a table and chairs,it is covered with a wooden structure. There is also a gas grill.
Attic:
This area consists of two bedrooms (one with two separate single beds and one with a double bed), a bathroom and a small play area in which there is a play station 4 and a TV (Netflix).This area is also air-conditioned.

When booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is paid. The balance up to the full price must be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival.
The deposit upon registration is € 300. Returns on departure if no damage.
Use of baby cot is on request .
Pet stay is charged 8 € per day.
It is not allowed to hold parties in the accommodation.

Villa Valentina
Wir waren mit drei Familien dort und es war hervorragend 🥰. 7 Erwachsene und drei Kinder hatten sehr viel Platz. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Villa ist auf alle Fälle weiterzuempfehlen!

Villa Valentina
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 7 Kindern und 2 Hunden in der Villa von Anita und Josep. Wir haben eine moderne Villa mit liebevoller und hochwertiger Ausstattung vorgefunden. Der Garten mit Pool ist super gepflegt und gemütlich. Alles ist, wie beschrieben. Anita und Josep haben ein breites Angebot an Spaß und Spiel bereitgestellt.
Zur Begrüßung hat uns ein großer Korb mit eigener Gemüseernte erwartet.
Anita und Josep sind immer ansprechbar und auch im Notfall sehr hilfsbereit, auch wenn es nicht um das Haus geht.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Danke an euch beide, ihr habt uns einen tollen Urlaub bereitet.

Villa Valentina
Alles in dieser Villa ist so, wie es beschrieben ist. Eine hochwertige Ausstattung, zwei Küchen, Wohn- und Livingro: genug Platz für 8 Erwachsene, Kleinkind und Hund. Ein wunderschöner Poolbereich mit Tagesbetten und Liegen. Großer Grünbereich mit Badmintonnetz und Trampolin.
Die Villa Valentina wird mit viel Liebe von den Eigentümern, Anita und Josip geführt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer macht jede Mahlzeit zu einem Highlight.
Falls es Fragen gibt, oder Wünsche: die überaus freundlichen Vermieter sind immer hilfsbereit
Wir hatten die Freude und durften viel frische Eier und Gemüse aus dem Garten kosten
